Every flag starts at a standard price for its size. Colors, wave design, and any emblems or insignia determine the final price, so the numbers below are your starting point for a regular carved wave flag, sanded and finished.
Custom work is quoted per piece. Intricate wave carving, unit emblems, badges, names, and dates all add to the base price. As an example, a recent 30-inch flag with heavy wave detail and four emblems came out to $225.

Pop'in Smoke Creations is a one-man woodworking shop in Lubbock, Texas, run by Ronnie, an Army veteran. "Poppin' smoke" is what you call it when the smoke grenade goes out to mark your position. The name comes from his service. So does the work ethic.
